We are currently recruiting for two London Engineers one for the North East Sector of London and one for the West of London for very specific roles …
A permanent position based on site for 5 days a week. The sites are within the retail sector and very busy.
The Role: The servicing, maintenance and in some instance the installation of replacement products of pedestrian automatic and manual door sets that form mall entrances and doorways to Back Of House.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 07h00 to 15h00. There will be opportunities for overtime (this may be on other sites).
Be presentable.
Skill Sets:
- Must have experience with at least two (2) of the following: Entrematic, Assa Abloy, FAAC, Record, Dorma, GEZE, Besam.
- Must be an ADSA authorised technician with in date card.
- Must have very good organisational and IT skills.
- Must be able to work using their own initiative and have a degree of planning skill.
- Must be able to communicate and liaise with our clients on site FM Team Management.
- Must be able to work with our HQ based team that monitor and oversee these two sites.
- Residing in West and East London will be a very major advantage.
