A local school needed a replacement for their worn-out door set—one that would enhance security, improve durability, and allow more natural light into the building. Entec stepped in to design, manufacture, and install a steel security double door, custom-built to withstand daily wear and tear while maintaining the school’s original aesthetic.

The school required a like-for-like door replacement that offered better longevity and security while preserving the original appearance. Entec supplied and installed a custom-designed steel door set, incorporating larger vision panels to enhance light flow, kick plates for added durability, and a reinforced security frame to improve safety—ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to the school.

Meeting the school’s wishes for a like-for-like replacement, whilst increasing the longevity of the entrance and improving security.
Solution
Entec worked with the school to design, supply and install a similar-looking door set to the original one but with slight modifications. Bigger vision panels improved light flow into the building, kick plates provided better protection to the door leaves, and a steel security frame and door set increased the safety and security of the space.
