Jacqui Edwards

I come from a personal assistant, customer service and facilities background and I joined the Entec team in January 2014.  I am responsible for the development of our website, social media presence and marketing, as well as helping to grow our customer database and working with our existing customers to maintain our excellent service standards. Having been on the other side of the fence for many years as the ‘customer’, I feel I have a true sense of what is required and expected from a customer service perspective and I really enjoy working with the fantastic customers that we are fortunate to have.

Outside of work I am little miss ‘Jazz Hands’ I enjoy Latin and Ballroom Dancing, which I have amateur awards for, love to sing (although I seem to be the only one who actually likes to hear it!!), spending time with my amazing Niece, Nephew and godchildren who I adore and generally eating far too much chocolate!!
