Allan Barclay

I have enjoyed 30 years in the door automation business. After leaving school, I attended South Oxfordshire College of Engineering, qualifying as a Tool Maker and worked as an Electro Mechanical Inspector before changing to production line engineering. Moving into the maintenance and installation of automated door systems for EMS, working at Heathrow, led to me joining Besam in 1993 as an Engineer, progressing to a Sales Engineer. I formed Entec in 2003 with co-founder Mandy Barclay-Hicks and have watched the company grow successfully year on year. In my spare time I like to travel, walk my dogs and take part in Charity cycle rides.
